Bonnell's Collision Center Fairview

Received call vehicle was done. Had to get hood aligned before I left from picking it up, was told to come back beginning of week to get grill inserts aligned and installed correctly. Noticed damaged trim by lower windshield damaged and they ordered new one. On way to get it taken care of old damaged piece flew off on highway and part didnt come in. Hood seal found laying across top of engine and had to be reinstalled. The Jeep logo ordered for hood was wrong one and needs installed. The Trailhawk hood decal not installed said it will be installed in 30 days by another company that its too big for them to do it and the correct Jeep Emblem will be installed the same time. With the repair, and the rental, and the insurance. You guys saved me a lot of stress, worrying, and headache trying to figure this all out. Your team also did an amazing job with the repair. I cant even tell that a deer attacked the fender. It looks really nice for real. You also went through and cleaned the car. I didn't even know that was part of it, but I really appreciate it. Nobody wants to be at the auto body repair shop. It's inherently un-fun due to being directly tied to a problem that happened. However, if you have to be there, Bonnell's is the best possible situation. The quality of the work is second to none. They care about things being done right, they care how being without a vehicle can impact people's lives. After my vehicle was brutally attacked by a deer, I thought there was no way it would be the same again, but they made it just like new again. The staff is amazing. Highly recommend if you have to have an accident and be in the shop.
