Fairview Service Center and Mobility

People were nice until they wanted more than we could afford for our car to get inspected. We were never told about the fees that were incurred which could be our fault for not asking but as new customers it should have been mentioned. We couldn’t afford the tires or the service at that moment. Spent $90 for nothing! And when we said we couldn’t use the tires until the car was fixed we got attitude from Zach about it, I’m sure we’re not the first to decide not to get work done. I understand they have to run a business but I feel they should have disclosed fees prior to making the appt!! I don’t deal with garages at all so I feel like I got ripped off. Had I known about the fees it wouldn’t have been so bad but I don’t and no one told me. I’m sure they’re nice people in general but I didn’t

Zach and his team were great to work with! I had a great experience, in my case particularly, they were very flexible and willing to work with me after needing work done to my car before my alignment. Thank you guys for everything you do, I appreciate it!

The property may look nice but the mechanics they hire do sub-par work as well as they damaged my vehicle. I would not let them touch any of my vehicles again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fairview Service Center may have a great reputation, but my experience was the opposite. Zach, the owner, and his techs failed to properly diagnose my vehicle, leaving it unsafe to drive, and caused damage while it was in their care - broken grill tabs, a cracked center console and greasy handprints on my interior. When I raised these issues, Zach dismissed my concerns and even accused me of lying, yet still expected me to pay the bill. They couldn't properly diagnose, damaged my car, billed me and sent me on my way. I paid, but I will never return. Take this as a warning: even highly-rated shops can put your safety and car at risk, don’t let it happen to you.
