I highly recommend this automotive shop. From the first initial phone call I felt at ease. The professionalism from Kyle and staff was greatly appreciated. I was nervous about the cost because of an estimate from another shop. The cost was affordable. Even the driver that taken me home was a pleasant young man. I have found my new mechanic shop. I have been impressed with and would recommend Dadsons Automotive and Collision. They have great customer service and do a thorough job. I have used Dadsons for both collision repair and regular automotive care and maintenance and have been happy with the results of both. Their online scheduling tool is also an awesome feature and made it easy to make an appointment. Top tier customer service as I mentioned - Kyle even reached out via text afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly with my vehicle.

These guys are amazing! They were very curious when Progressive used a picture to estimate the damage. They knew it would need adjusting and set it all up to happen as smooth and fast as possible. The workmanship seems very good. The communication was awesome. The staff are professionals that will get the job done right. I can not thank them enough and I will now have to look into their service side of I need anything as they have won me over with their performance.

Had our car that our son uses at Ball State towed to Dadson after seeing reviews and WAS NOT DISSAPPOINTED! They checked out the whole car, did one fix but found another major one after. Kyle called me and explained the whole issue, told us unfortunately our car was going to cost more to fix than its worth, which we kinda knew. Didnt push any work on us, gave us time to think and in the end, was EXTREMELY gracious and didnt charge a thing even for what they did fix. I dont care about the hour drive, Im taking all my repairs to Dadsons!!!!! Good companies and people like this are hard to find!

Hank was wonderful. He helped us so much navigating dealing with the insurance and the adjuster. The work was done beautifully and was done right on time. As an added perk that we didn't expect they cleaned the whole car !
