If I could give half a star then I would. They didn't remove the spot on the shirt so I had to send it back which required an unnecessary trip. It was supposed to be ready at 4 the next day. I drove back the next day and the shirt was not there. I drove back today (48 mins invested in driving) & she did not even give me a discount. The proper thing to do would have been no charge at all for all of their mistakes and my time. I will NOT be back!
The service is excellent. Peggy does a great job. Even when I have had the occasional issue, she resolved it quickly. Great quality and priced too. Great parking also.
Friendly service and a job well done each time. From men's suit to comforters.
