Border City Car Wash

Used the "soft touch" bay as the touch less is cash only. Pd $13 for the service...once again felt this service was a little "rough"... at one point my car was actually rocking!! (I have a Chevy Trax) Next time I will try the "touchless" bay to see the difference. Might just start doing my own...just may be cheaper!!!

Paid $15 for the automatic car wash and it only washed ONE side of my car. The bristles stopped moving twice while I was inside, and I honestly thought I was going to get stuck in there. Super frustrating and definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

Weirdest car wash. Touchless is cash only, the other option was fine. When you drive out, take your time to get your full blow-dry 😆

First of all, only takes cash… It did not clean my truck … I have been to many touch, free car washes, and this was by far the worst job. Very clearly Dirt on both sides of the truck still… and it wasn’t even that dirty. It was just washed a few days prior. It was strictly all from the road and rain.

If I could get rid of the one star I would. went through the soft touch. Now I have scratches down both sides of my vehicle. Take my advice and go somewhere else. Any place that posts that they are not responsible for damages shows you what type of person runs the place. Oh and don't bother trying the phone numbers. The one online isn't legit and no one answers the other number.
