Border Transmission Parts

The parts are no good they breake easy and don't last

Staff was courteous and business was quick. Transmission fluid prices are at a fraction of the cost when compared to your neighborhood store.

Listened to what I had to say and even though he disagreed with me he still did what I asked him to do, if it didn’t work, that’s on me but yes everything was good… he was quick and professional

Some of the worst customer service from a parts store I have encountered in RGV. I called for a part and they instantly said we dont have it and hung up without even asking about the vehicle information. I called back and someone else answered that actually looked up my vehicle and the part was in stock. I hate leaving ratings this low but unfortunately Im just being honest with my experience so it is what it is.

They need to make you aware that a part is not returnable before selling it to you. Bad service
