Fantastic service! Was told by another shop that my entire oil pan needed to be replaced because of a stripped plug from past service. Borst was able to replace the plug in a couple hours! Great price for the service too. Will be back with my other vehicles.

Ryan was so helpful in finding out from past invoices what still needed to be done. I was totally confused but he was diligent in his computer hunt over two systems to find we hadn’t done the front brakes yet. Much appreciated. He’s also an easy guy to talk with so the rides were fun.

So they have my Ford fushion told me the alternator needed to be replaced and is where the noise was coming from. This was 9/23...Then they replaced the part where they told me the noise was coming from but it wasnt and now there trying find the noise again. They still haven't told me where and what's going on yet they already quoted Me 1200 for the alternator part and labor and put that part in the car. So what are you supposed to pay for parts and labor for the wrong fix... not happy dont go here.

First time customer, they were very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. They had a great special going on though so the whole thing took 3 hours. But I was shuttled home and back.
