Recently I had a fender bender. I wasn't sure who to use for my auto repair. My son suggested Marion st auto, Lynn. I called them and they took my car within a few days. Dave did everything for me. Including making sure the rental was there when I dropped off my car. He even delt with the insurance company. I just picked up my car yesterday and it's perfect. They are very professional and caring about the customer. An excellent job. A great big thank you!

This was, hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any auto body shop. When I picked up my car, it was already dark, so I didn’t fully see the magic that had been done. But the next morning, in daylight, I was completely blown away. My car looked IMPECCABLE, like new. Douglas didn’t just repair the accident damage, he went above and beyond. He corrected every defect the car had on the body, restored the paint flawlessly, and even polished the wheel rims, which made a HUGE difference in the overall look. The level of attention to detail, care, and pride in his work is truly rare. You can tell this is not just a job for him, it’s a craft

Multiple reworks and still not fixed , had the "nice"lady tell me she didn't respond because she didn't have a loaner for 5 days ignored any communication instead of being professional and still not responding even asked Doug (the owner) to call an nothing. They damaged my rims that were mint beforehand but they sent to their vendor and messed them up bad , still won't respond to fix said rims. Dented my door on the opposite side the crash damaged was on and mis aligned the door that caused more damage. They attempted twice to fix the rims and still can't paint them right and refuses to replace the things THEY DAMAGED take responsibility and accountability would ya ? And maybe communicate with your customers and you won't get reviews like this AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST NO INTEGRITY OR A

They go above and beyond for their customers. They not only fixed the damage but they also made my rims look brand new and changed all my filters.There was a leak of oil which they also fixed. I highly recommend them! They even detailed my car and changed the nails to my plate because one of them were rusted and really stuck (I didn’t ask them, they just seen it was missing nails and needed new nails). 🙏🥇🏆 THE BEST IN MASSACHUSETTS . You won’t find a shop that cares the way they do.

I am an extremely meticulous person who cares about my vehicles condition, and have very demanding needs. I brought my 2019 Range Rover to Boston Auto Painting which had rear end damage. From start to finish, the process was streamlined with excellent communication. When I received my vehicle, it was like brand new again. The paint quality and workmanship is second to none!
