If you are thinking of taking your vehicle here, I think this will be worth a read. I waited a few months to leave a review to be sure it was accurate. A few months ago, I was in the area looking to buy a car, specifically a 41-year-old, 1985 C4 Corvette. I called many different auto shops in the area to perform a pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle, as it is an antique, and many problems could be underlying. Every single shop in the area denied me service as they were either unsure, didn't have the time to squeeze me in, or just were flat out unknowledgeable enough to do the job. This was until I called Boston Auto Works, specifically John. Immediately, John told me he could take the car in and do an inspection confidently. I brought my Jetta in for body work and repairs. The team at Boston Auto works was great!! They were upfront on the costs and timing for the repairs. The car looked great afterwards and they cleaned the car before returning it. Finding a place for car service is stressful and the team here was honest and knowledgeable. If I need work done in the future I will return here because of their great service.

Came to them after the dealer wanted to charge me 3500 dollars to replace my my wheel bearings, tires and a 1000 dollar oil change even though I had an oil change 2 weeks ago. The dealer had already charged me 200 bucks to assess it. They assessed it for free and made multiple accommodations for me in scheduling and transportation. They charged exactly what they quoted me and even made sure I was prepared for potential future repairs. They are just good people and are stuck with me as a customer.

I had a great experience with Boston Auto Group. John was incredibly responsive, especially considering it was the day after Christmas and they were extremely busy. He still took me in right away and addressed a leaking valve cover gasket on my Jeep immediately. They even Uber’d me so I could run errands while they diagnosed the issue, which was above and beyond. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming here for all of my future car needs.

Can in tonight because i was having a problem with my tire. They took care of the problem very quickly. The Staff was very friendly and professional.
