We just bought a car from Raffi and the experience couldn’t have been better. We were prepared to play the game with our poker faces, but none of that was needed. Raffi was straight forward about any issues with the car and encouraged us to bring any others to his attention. This made us feel at ease and not like he was trying to cover up anything and push the sale. Raffi also had the car started and warmed up when we arrived. That small thing really made an impression on me. We have driven many cars in our speech for this one and no one else has done that. No wonder they all felt cold and stiff! I highly recommend this dealership and working with Raffi in particular. He’s a guy who wants to sell you a car that you love. It’s a win for everyone!

Rob was extremely helpful and made sure the car was in excellent condition. A few minor things needed repair and he took care of it no problem. He was very honest and fair. Can’t recommend him enough

Rob was very Honest and got me an unbelievable interest rate at a high end credit union. Rob did everything, even registered and got truck inspected, talked directly to my insurance company. My tire pressure light came on, Rob schedule appointment to take care of it. Before talking with Boston Prime Cars, I was chatting with Portsmouth Toyota about a truck, have to be honest, very bad experience, lady kept blowing me off, not calling me back and now I'm so glad she didn't get back too me,Portsmouth Toyota not good..
