Mike arrived within 30 minutes. Even though the address wasn’t completely accurate, he quickly sorted it out with a phone call. He was professional, patient, and efficient, and had a loaner tire installed quickly. Within 90 minutes, I was able to drive home safely. Mike also took the time to share his experience and offer helpful maintenance suggestions. Highly recommend this service.

Ralph was great! I needed a jumpstart as I left my hazard lights on for over eight hours, which caused my battery to drain. Ralph arrived within the specified time frame and was ready to help. In less than 2 minutes, he got the job done and my car was running like normal. He even offered some useful car maintenance guidance to ensure my car continues to run properly in the winter as it was below freezing. I was very satisfied with the service and will use again in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience here. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior from both the front desk and the owner. It felt like they were intentionally making the process difficult instead of helping resolve the situation. Customer service was extremely poor, and there was no effort to communicate respectfully. After reading the other reviews, I understand why this business has such a low rating. I would not recommend this place.

I know a lot of people come to a towing company unhappy, but our experience was actually great. We had a mixup where our car was towed. We were able to quickly get on the line with someone to coordinate pickup (good responsiveness by phone) and got help the next day. Kyle was kind and punctual and got us sorted.

Oh my God. Who ever has to deal with the people answering the phones especially the woman there. God bless you and I hope you receive many blessings to your life after dealing with her because you deserve it. They didn’t even want to give me the address of where the car was located!? She only said “behind the apple cinema” and wouldn’t give out an address. How awful
