Brought my car in to get a transmission solenoid replaced. After 3 weeks of working with this company they handed me my car back with no bill and no work done. They were not able to procure the correct part after multiple attempts and just referred me to the dealership. I never recieved a single phone call from them and had to make every effort to reach out to them. Bad customer service, I was hoping their craftsmanship would make me overlook this bad service, but since there wasn't any work done I guess that leaves me with this bad review.

Highly recommended, friendly service with reasonable pricing. Michael is a great mechanic and is very knowledgeable.

My car died on the side of the road I had it towed to Botti and Lenners and they were very helpful and professional. Mike and Jack were able to diagnose the issue quickly and communicated with me throughout the process in regards to costs and other issues with my car not related to it not starting. This shop has been honest and beyond helpful throughout this stressful process. I would recommend them to anyone.
