I brought my car in for service and when I picked it up the wires to my dash camera were cut. When I asked them about it they feigned ignorance and tried to act like it didn't happen with them but they were the only ones with my car and the last video on my camera reel is of their garage in December 1st. I picked my car up today December 5th. On my way home the fan to my heating and cooling system malfunctioned and now my car will be going to the jobs dealer to have their work checked over and repaired. Do not trust these people with your vehicle. They have no integrity and are untrustworthy.
The service is terrific! Zach was so helpful. We had a very low tire in our rental car! He found a tack that had made a big hole. The pressure was 21 out of 32! He went above and beyond because he had to take the tire off the rim to repair it. We had many more miles to travel. We were so grateful. Hope Enterprise Car Rentals appreciates it too.
We are so grateful to have a garage to go to where we know the service is excellent. We trust that the work done is necessary and is completed competently.
They have done lots of work for a couple different vehicles, and all the work has been quality, friendly, excellent prices, and so so open about the work they are doing. We love these guys!
