Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Shawn and the mechanics at Boubin! Shawn was so great about getting my car in and getting it serviced. He was on top of communicating with me from setting an appointment thru picking my car up. I will 100% be taking my car there from now on.

I take all my vehicles for many years to Waterloo Boubin. Shawn is always fair & honest. He will explain what needs repair rite away for safety reasons & what needs repair in future. Their mechanics can fix everything. When I leave I know my vehicle is reliable & safe to operate. Only shop I trust!

Very friendly, and accommodating staff! I took my BMW M550i in for a custom exhaust job, and they did fantastic. My car sounds incredible. Rocky was the tech who worked on my car. He was extremely knowledgeable and trust worthy. They were a very affordable option, and do great work as well. Will certainly refer my friends and family.

They always take such good care of us and they understand that their clients have different needs. When we had to get our tires replaced, they recommended a mid-range price point instead of something more costly, based on their personal experience with the same tires. They're friendly, professional, and make vehicle maintenance pretty painless.

They are so awesome! I was traveling to my family the day before Thanksgiving and my car started making a terrible noise. I pulled into the Target right by them to see if I could figure it out. Well I had a feeling to check them out. I looked online to see if they were open and saw the good reviews. I walked in knowing it might be a long shot, but they said we will see if we can fit you in. After some waiting they fit me in and not only figured out what was wrong but were able to fix it same day. Now I know it’s not something they would probably be able to do everyday, but instead of turning me away in their busy schedule they made an effort to fit me in.
