In August, I brought my 2024 Pathfinder to Boucher Nissan since this is where I purchased it new from in 2024, for a scheduled service and oil change, as well as to address an issue with the steering wheel button that had stopped working. From the moment I walked into the service department, it was chaotic and disorganized. After waiting over two hours, a technician finally came to tell me the button needed to be replaced. They assured me it would take about 45 minutes and that they had time to complete it that day. Instead, it took an additional hour and 45 minutes, with no updates during that time. Had a great experience with my sales person Kifah Barakat. He was patient and at the same time guided us to make a great purchase on a used Lincoln MXT. It had a few minor things to make it perfect and Boucher did it prior to delivery. Super nice people and easy to deal with!

Terrible experience! Our salesman was OK, his manager was a joke, and the financial person outright lied to us about warranty coverage on our new Hyundai Santa Fe. I would think twice before buying from The Boucher Auto Group but not sure other dealers are any better with the exception of Soerens Ford of Brookfield. I'm wondering when new car dealerships are going to move into the 21st century and stop the bait and switch tactics, the cheap, "let's make a deal" sales process, and the scare tactics during the financial closing on the sale, in our case, the outright lies about the vehicles warranty and what it covers.
