Great experience buying a new car. I stopped at Gordie Boucher Mazda in Janesville intending to order a new Miata GT. I was surprised to find they had a red 2025 in stock. I met with sales rep Ken Hernandez and sales manager Shawn Feldman. They put together an excellent deal and I bought the car. Phil Zoul, made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, with no high-pressure tactics. I stopped in the next day to pick up my new Miata. Ken had it in the delivery bay all polished up and looking fabulous. Nice touch. Ken took his time showing me everything on the car from the engine bay to the trunk. He acquainted me with all the features and their operation. It was a pleasure buying this car. The people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills

Scheduled an oil change service online. For the most part, staff were nice and polite. Staff brought a price list with a range of prices. I told him I just wanted what I scheduled online. He then told me the total would be $80 plus (can't recall the exact amount) for oil change and tire rotation. I explained that I only want what I scheduled which was an oil change. On his price sheet, it listed a price of $42 for a basic oil change. The staff apologized and stated that what is scheduled online doesn't always show up properly on their end. This is my third Mazda and I have never had this issue before with other dealer in reference to what was scheduled online and the service I subsequently received. After the service was completed, I was charged almost $80 for just an oil change.

Best car buying experience I've ever had to be honest. Found a used mx 5 at Boucher Jeep but they seemed busy and not very helpful or appreciative of me being there. When I went down the road to their Mazda dealer, every last person there was quick to get all my questions answered. My finance company was OK but their Mazda financing was better & threw in a 100k miles warranty and GAP loan . Plus they even gave me a nice set of Milwaukee power tools. A week later I got a sweet Mazda mug & cookies in the mail . They were so smooth, it took all of 15 minutes to drive home in my new car 😁
