Caliber Collision

My vehicle has some years on it and when Caliber Collision was finished it looked as if they had shaved some years off of it. They did a very exceptional job repairing my vehicle. Staff was very professional helping me through the process as well. They kept me updated in a timely matter as well which was a nice convenience for me.

Caliber - what can I say? Peggy and her team exude quality work. She kept us informed throughout the life of our repair after hitting a deer this winter, and even went so far as to ensure we got the right headlamp above and beyond what our insurance was willing to cover - all at no additional cost. Peggy keeps you updated and answers all questions. My hood wasn't expected until Dec 27, 2024. But, it arrived on Mon Dec 23, 2024..... it was quickly painted and my front end reassembled. Very nice! I feel as though there are companies out there that wouldn't do this. They would hold on to it and do other things. But, Caliber cares about it's customers and their cars! Kris did a great job on the repairs and Matt is a great detailer! My car smelled better than it did when I bought it two years ago. My Subaru emblem arrived today and I'll stop by after work to have it popped on. Does everything always work out well? Nope. There can be delays in parts, people can get sick and miss work. After hitting a 🦌 and the damage being almost a total loss, I am very impressed with the work that was done on my Hyundai Tucson. Peggy was especially great to deal with, I was updated daily with the repairs on my vehicle. Knowing I need my vehicle back as soon as possible, they got my car in there and got the work done. Caliber was excellent. They made me feel confident that they listened to my concerns after my Jeep was rear ended. They repaired all concerns I had without question.
