Boudreau's Automotive Service and Repair

My first interaction was with Andrew, and one of the first questions he asked was how my Thanksgiving had been. This immediately stood out, as I have never experienced that level of personal engagement from an automotive repair shop. Andrew’s customer service, professionalism, and patience were exceptional and exceeded any prior experience I have had. He spent a significant amount of time on the phone thoroughly explaining the necessary repairs and associated costs. Given that my vehicle required extensive work, his willingness to walk me through each item in detail made a meaningful difference. As my wife's and my cars aged, we stopped going to the dealers and started bringing them to Boudreau's. We have now had maintenance work done, a mysterious noise looked into, and even detailing! It was all done professionally with easy communication, quick appointment lead times, and reasonable costs. We'll keep going back.

Great experience! Andrew and his team fit me in quickly as I was concerned with my brakes. While addressing that issue a hole in my tire was discovered. I was called before any work was done to confirm I understood what was going on and I requested an oil change while which they did as well. Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Boudreau's enough. Daniel, Cynthia, and the whole staff are so kind, friendly, and generous. We've only gone to Boudreau's for both our personal and work vehicles since we moved to the area a few years ago. They always communicate with us clearly and promptly, never pressuring us to do anything or take advantage. Incredibly knowledgeable, and great at explaining things as well. No matter what your automotive trouble is, you should be going to Boudreau's.

I've had two occasions to work with Boudreau, on separate vehicles, and on both occasions I was more than satisfied. Too many details to describe, but Daniel and his staff go above and beyond, not just doing the work, but ensuring I was happy with the outcome. I live 45 minutes away, close to numerous repair shops, but will happily make the trip to Boudreau for my auto needs. +++++ Returned again recently (December,) on two occasions with different cars for different needs, and both jobs were done very well, surely fairly priced and in excellent time. I'm still quite happy to drive in from Boston metro to bring my cars to an honorable, reliable and gracious shop.
