I had a wonderful experience with Boulder Hybrids. Paul took the time to clearly and honestly explain my options for my 2004 Prius, and the team did an excellent job replacing my ABS actuator using a customer-provided part. What truly stood out was their integrity — they charged me only for the actual time the repair took, not what they originally estimated. It’s rare these days to find such an honest and reliable repair shop. The final cost was a fraction of what several other shops had quoted me. I now fully understand why they have such stellar reviews, and from here on out, I won’t be taking my Prius anywhere else.

Boulder Hybrids has been taking care of my car for several years, and when I moved to southern New Mexico, I could find no other hybrid place that took care of me the way they do. So I drove over 640 miles to see family and to use Boulder Hybrids again. And I did that because I only trust them to work on my Toyota Prius hybrid. And I have to say that they went above and beyond in helping me out and also in repairing what needed to be repaired. They were kind and patient and generous and efficient. Amazing service! They replaced the engine and fixed the AC in my Prius for a good price. They really went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with a fully repaired car without nickel and diming me. These folks were literal life savers. My warning lights had been on/off for 6 weeks and everyone else said to replace the hybrid battery but the codes did not indcate that was the issue. Paul and his crew found corrosion in the ECU connectors, replaced it, and I was back on the road with no issues. If you have a Prius especially, don't waste your time anywhere else!
