First of all, I just wanna say that I was a little unhappy on my first visit there because I was there for almost 3 hours waiting and then they decided that the tires I had ordered wouldn’t be the good tires for my particular vehicle. But then they went ahead and ordered the correct tires and because of the time that it took, they waved the labor charges for me. They were very helpful and one of the associates even took me to AutoZone and helped me pick out the right lug nuts for my particular vehicle. They were all very nice and friendly and I would definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of going to the Boulevard Tire on Combee Road yesterday for tires for our motorhome. Cindy, who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. Tino worked very hard to find me the freshest Michelin tires he could at the best price! Patrick worked up my ticket, Kenny did an awesome job installing my new tires and Ashley interacted with the entire staff professionally and we chatted too! This is a very cohesive work group who are customer and employee focused! From the time I called for a quote and to the time I left, I felt valued as a customer. While inspecting our RV tires for our upcoming trip "out west" I discovered one of our steer tires was starting to "check" on the sidewalls. When I called our RV service shop, the highly recommended Boulevard Tire. Cindy (at the front desk) knows tires like very few I've ever met. In short order, the guys had them installed. Reminds me of what customer service used to be. No fancy building or amenities, just nice, knowledgeable, staff doing their best to get you safely back on the road.
