Boulevard Tire

I don’t normally leave reviews but I left this place frustrated. I had a nail in my tire so I dropped it off in the morning and was told they should be able to get to it “this afternoon”. When almost 3pm rolled around and I hadn’t heard anything I called to check in. Was told that they were at lunch and would get back to me in an hour. When I still didn’t hear back, I called at 4ish because they closed at 5pm. I was told that they weren’t going to be able to look at it today, when I reminded him that they told me it was going to be done in the afternoon the front desk told me “it’s unlikely it’ll be done in the 51 minutes before we close”. I went and picked my tire up that they left in the lobby, brought it to my car (and was covered in dirt). That’s not the biggest deal but was the cherr

Visited Boulevard Tire & Auto for a tire change service. I couldn't be happier with how it went, Jay who runs the front took care of me, ensured that I got the best bang for my buck, and the service went flawlessly. I wouldn't recommend any other place for my vehicle in Richmond. Thank you Jay!!

Another fast & affordable service done my Jay & Matthew. I had a flat on Friday, they got me in the shop within 30 minutes and was ready to go later that afternoon. Cannot recommend this place more!

These folks are genuine mechanics with good prices and no nasty fluff. I've been taking my car here for years and they've kept my '03 with 260k miles running safely with good deals when things do wear down. Great folks, great job, great customer service too.

I moved to Richmond 5 years ago and was really trying to find a trusted auto shop for the first year or so, and then I found this place! As a woman, I feel it’s often difficult to trust people at auto shops and being able to talk to Renee about my car issues made me feel comfortable taking my car here. She and the entire staff are absolutely incredible at what they do. I’ve always been able to get my car in within a day or two of calling and making an appointment. Whether it’s new tires, general maintenance or brakes/shocks, they’re speedy and efficient, and when things may take a little longer they always call to let you know. Not to mention they have great competitive prices, and are up front about costs from the get-go. I’m sad to be moving away from Richmond because I’ll have to find
