Called Rick up on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend and needed a set of tires. He had me in Saturday morning on a HOLIDAY weekday and installed new tires and rear brakes so I could enjoy my weekend If you need anything done to your bike take it to Rick you won’t regret it! Hands down best shop in NY and GREAT prices!

Amazing service and top notch customer service. Rick kept me informed on what was going on with my bike repair daily. He picked up the bike and dropped it off when it was done as well.

Had my air ride compressor break. Called Rick and he let me use a compressor ended up also needing a manifold he went back to his shop to get me a manifold and make sure everything was gonna work. He did all this just to help me out, for free. Will definitely be going here for everything involving my bike from now on. Very cool shop.

Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their machine! Rick and Debbie are the most down to earth people to work with. I brought my Bourget python 300 miles to Rick for a problem other shops couldn’t fix or didn’t want to get involved with. Rick diagnosed and fixed the problem in time for my yearly trip to Daytona bike week 23😀 Rick you’re the best my man, I’d bring my bike to you anytime in FULL trust!!

I was broken down in Brockport yesterday and they gave diamond cycle a phone call. Rick came out and picked up the bike took it back to his shop charged it up for me and didn’t charge me anything. This shows the dedication to the motorcycle enthusiast world. Thank you for all your help Rick.
