Bowen Tire

Had a nail in my right rear tire. They fit me right in and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing was great and I was on my way.

5 Stars – Outstanding Service for an Out-of-Towner I can't thank the team at Bowen Tire enough. I was traveling through the area when I blew a tire—completely stranded and unfamiliar with the town. From the moment I called, their staff was friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. They got me in right away, replaced the tire fast, and had me safely back on the road in no time. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend Bowen Tire to anyone in need—especially if you're not from around here. They treat you like one of their own.

Absolutely pitiful customer service. My wife got a nail in her 2020 Explorer's tire so I took the wheel in for a simple patch. They damaged the black powdercoat significantly with scratches down to bare metal on the outside of the wheel when breaking the bead. When made aware of the issue, they first claimed that they were not responsible for any damage to the wheel. They then said we were being too picky to notice the damage. They eventually refunded the cost of the patch, but now I will have to fix the wheel damage on my own time and cost.

While replacing a damaged tire, (they double checked a second that was thought to have a leak) and did find a nail in the tire. Their service was expedited as well.

Service with a smile and moderate prices. They can do almost anything you need to have done with your vehicle.
