I brought my vehicle in for possible injector problems,a week later, my vehicle was pushed out of the shop, and was not running. I talked with Travis about it, and he said that he would take care of it. 2nd week went by, and my vehicle was not touched, mind you that I had already paid $1,200 to his company already. So then I took my truck to another shop to get fixed. Because evidently to me, his word was no good!. Then I called (BAR) UP THEY talked with him, and BAR told him that he owed me for the work not being done correctly. And Travis told them that he was not going to give me my money back., now I have the reports in hand, and now I am going to take him to court.

After moving to this area I felt lost leaving my trusted car repair shop. Bowens was a great find. As a senior woman finding a shop I can trust and does not take advantage of me is a relief. I took my car in because my kids said it should be checked out. As usual Bowens serviced it promptly with a clear explanation of what they did and why it was necessary. We dropped off our car for a diagnostic check at 1 PM, and the reason was alarming: it was smoking when we started it and would shut down after just 15 seconds. The shop assured us it would be ready by 3 PM. But as the clock struck 3 and passed, there was still no call. I decided to head over at 5, right before they closed, and I was devastated to find that the smoking had not only continued but had gotten significantly worse since we dropped it off. They let me take the car back, even though it was clearly unsafe to drive, so we made the tough call to leave it in their hands, hoping they could resolve the issue. They recommended changing the PCV valve, which they said would solve the problem. While that did halt the immediate smoking issue, just two days later, it flared up again. Frust

I recently had my truck towed in on a Friday morning and the shop was able to diagnose as a faulty fuel pump and completed the repair by the following Monday. Desiree has great customer service and is very friendly. The technicians are quick and efficient. The vehicle inspection was also very thorough and helped me prioritized due maintenance. Thank you!

Went to get an oil change with an appointment. The oil plug got striped and the oil pan had to be replaced. $775 later I got my car back. The only good thing they did is had it fixed in two days. This could have happened at an oil change Quick stop but this is a mechanic and I just expect better. No compensation, no deals on price for a mistake I blame on the mechanic.
