My insurance company recommended this collision center, and my experience was mixed. During the second week of them having my vehicle, I called for an update since I hadn’t heard anything. I was told that when I dropped it off, they were unsure how long repairs would take, but that my SUV would likely be ready the following Monday. The very next day (Friday), I received a call from a different employee saying my SUV was actually ready for pickup. When I arrived, they checked me out immediately without even asking if I wanted to inspect my vehicle first. I looked it over on my own, and I will say the actual repair work was done very well. Go to Bowens for car needs. Ms. Kenzie and Mr. Alex at Bowens, Sumter SC. are a pleasure to work with. My front and back bumper had popped out. I visit two other locations and this was by far the most friendly, helpful staff. Within 48hr they looked at my car, order the parts, and schedule appt. in time for Thanksgiving. This is top tier service.

I took my last vehicle here and was so impressed with the results that I also took my work truck there also. Again I was impressed with the outcome and service, so when the time come to do some upgrades on my baby, I gave them a shot. I've been a nervous wreck for the past few days but I just picked it up and I couldn't be happier. I'm really grateful to have a local shop I can trust and I will certainly be back. (With any luck, by choice again lol).

Okay so it starts like this. I’m very sceptical when it comes to anyone touching my car! Last body shop I had an old Mustang at which wasn’t here, left my hood open for a whole week while it rained and messed up coils, plugs, alt. So I was scared. Since someone rear ended me, I in no time had their insurance company call me, get the claim started and in no time next day ( as it was to late that day ) I had made a appt for the next day to bring my Audi in and get a estimate on it. It didn’t take long for them to do it. I had a few questions for them, and was lucky enough to be able to go into see my car and have all my questions answered as I am a women who loves my car!
