Bowman Chevrolet of Clinton Parts

Had some recall notices to take care of and was getting close to the end of oil life. Cameron checked me in, showed me the lobby, and let me know there was bottled water and fresh popcorn for while I waited. The parts of the dealership that I saw were neat and clean, other staff were friendly and asked if I needed anything. When my truck was done, Cameron made sure everything was good, and then we chatted about vehicles for a good bit. Great young guy, polite and helpful. People like Cameron are the reason why businesses are successful.

Liked the new guy in the service department. Didn't catch his name. Really nice, easy to talk to. He used to work at a Ford dealership in saline and made the move to Bowman. It was a good experience for a change.

Best customer service, best prices on oil changes!

I loved this place however they're turnover employee tech rates have went down hill! I had been with this dealer since I moved out to Ypsilanti no real complaints until the last couple times as the oil change techs have bent and destroyed my dipstick it may seem petty but a false reading can be detrimental! They replaced it the first time and refused the second time there will never be a third time and it's disheartening because they've been pretty good up until the last 6 months or so! The fact that you'll lose a long term customer for a destructive oil tech is pretty pathetic but I guess!?!

Chevrolet's Service Department in Clinton always does a great job. They're efficient, professional and straightforward. I highly recommend their team.
