I visited NewGen Jeep looking for a specific Jeep Wrangler. I was assisted by Ron and Brandi. They went above and beyond to find the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for. They continued to look for weeks and found one in New York. They called to verify I was still looking and sent a driver to New York to bring the Jeep back. When I arrived it was detailed, washed and the paperwork was ready to go. Ron went above and beyond to get the lowest interest rate and payment I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership. I was introduced to all the staff, including service. The dealership is the best around and I would use them over and over for future new car purchases.

Do not take your car here for servicing. If you want to get screwed out of thousands of dollars and wasted time with incompetent people in charge of the service department then be my guest. Vehicles get sent out the door with the ok sticker and come right back sometimes even same day. David is not the guy you want to talk to or have anything to do with. He thinks he can take advantage of everyone, regardless of experience or mechanical aptitude, he always knows best and will gladly tell you so. I see how the service department makes so much money having repeat customers weekly.

I had the best experience with Marie my sales person, Ron the fiance manager and Brandon from the service department. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They are friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. Thank you for everything ❤️
