The best experience I had during a frustrating time from the start of the process to the end. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant. I also love that they're connected with Enterprise (literally, same building) for convenient car renting while my car was in the shop. The estimated timeframe for repairs to be completed on my rear-ended vehicle was originally 10 days, and it was finished in 5 days. The car was washed; even my weather tech liners were cleaned! It looked like a brand new car when I got it back. I'm very thankful for their work and service and customer treatment. I would return again if I ever needed their service. Thank you so much!

Ed W. was great to work with—he was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and kept me informed with regular updates on the progress, which made everything much less stressful. A+++ Always outstanding service, from the very pleasant woman at the cashier desk on Monday afternoon, Feb. 2nd. to Tom and another gentleman that was with him. Last summer I had taken my Honda Passport for bumper damage and Scott made me feel not only respected but at ease at a stressful time. Really, I had only had wonderful experiences here.
