The car was hit by a deer and there was a good amount of damage to the radiator and front of car. It is a work vehicle and the staff at the office was great and started working on getting the car fixed. They let me know how long it should take to fix the car. The car looks brand new. Very happy with the service I received on the car.

We had a hit-and-run accident that damaged our car. We took it to Precision Body, where we were greeted by Kacie. Kacie promptly emailed us our estimate the same day and was incredibly pleasant to work with. The estimate was surprisingly reasonable. We dropped off the car, and the work was completed swiftly. We were thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the work. When we went to pick up the car, we met Joe, who I believe is the owner. He was friendly and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with the repairs. We highly recommend Precision Body and Service for any vehicle repair needs. We will definitely use them again for any future automotive work.

No one likes dealing with towing charges, but I want to provide a clear account of the experience my family had with Precision Body and Service Company. My son’s e-bike was confiscated by the Pleasant Hills Police. He was in the wrong, and I have no issue with their actions. The police, while wearing body cameras, told us we could simply stop by the station the next day to retrieve the bike. My husband went to do just that, only to learn that Precision Body and Service had already towed it to their lot on Cochran Mill Road, just 3.1 miles from the station. Here’s the breakdown of charges: Fuel surcharge: $45 to travel 3.1 miles Tow fee: $285 Service time: $95 Gate fee: $90 just to open their lot Administrative fee: $120 That brought the subtotal to $635. On top of that, they charged $80

Joe and Rob and the guys at precision went above and beyond when I brought them my son’s 1992 Chevy Silverado. What started as rust repair and paint for the affected areas turned into full on rust eradication and a complete paint job. The bodywork is perfect and they laid down a flawless two tone paintjob. The lines on the two tone are crisp and perfect. They kept me up to date on where we were in the project and I could tell that they cared about giving me the best possible finished product.
