He came home talking about how friendly, helpful, and respectful everyone was. He was given a quote, and I called shortly after to schedule the service. I brought the van in the next day for repairs, and while the issue ended up being a little bigger than anticipated and required additional parts, they went above and beyond. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. Their knowledge and services are top notch. Their prices are very reasonable. And they don't sell you parts and services you don't need or want. Sometimes it may take longer to get the work done but that is due to how many people have brought their vehicle in for repairs. Great mechanic. The people who left negative reviews are WRONG! Marcus Bracewell is not a racist and he does not rip anyone off. I have used him multiple times and I always get great service. He is the best mechanic in town. BTW I'm not from Cairo and so as an outsider here I'm telling you they do great work!
