Chris is amazing. Met him at AutoZone when I was having problems with my car with the alternator. He figured it out super quick and easy in the parking lot and offered to help me out after I got out of work fixed the issue for me and my car has been running great since! He then towed a truck for me at a great price and is going to get it on the road for me. He also looked at the ac on my car and figured out the problem within 10 min after having the car for 3 years and no one else could figure it out. I would recommend his service to anyone that needs work of any type on their vehicles. A+ customer service!

I highly recommend Chris at Xcellerated Automotive and Design. Excellent all around mechanic. He replaced brakes and rotors all the way around my 2011 Lexus LS 460 as well as replaced sway bar and other components on the front end. His pricing is fair and he is very knowledgeable mechanic. I will be using him for all of my vehicle repair needs.

Xcelllerated Automotive and Design is the best auto mechanic shop I have ever used in the Thomasville-Cairo area. Chris and Ernie are super-friendly, highly knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, and they communicate with their customers every step of the way. My 2016 Ford F-150 had a lot of issues, and Chris and Ernie took the time to accurately diagnose the problems and fix them correctly. I probably paid half of what I would have paid at the local Ford dealership. If your vehicle is no longer under warranty, or if you want your vehicle fixed correctly, take it to Xcellerated!
