Bradley Chevrolet Service Department

First off- I have owned nothing but Chevy trucks my whole life, so because of chevys bad reliability I’ve interacted with a lot of service advisors all over the country. I came in for a simple issue, and the first advisor I spoke with was Chad. If there was another Chevy dealership closer, the interaction with Chad would’ve made me never go to Bradley Chevy again. However, I gave them a second chance and interacted with the service advisor Debbie, who is actually friendly and helpful. I would also like to say the technician Bill is helpful and knowledgeable. If I’d only had the second experience I would give 5 stars.

I had scheduled an appointment for an Oil Change and a recall on my vehicle. We live 45 mins away, so I scheduled the appointment on Sat and took the whole day off work which I scheduleda couple weeks prior. I had an 8am appointment and got there early. We took an Uber to get breakfast while we waited for our vehicle to be done. I received a phone call an hour later that my car was done. But they didn't have the part for the recall. They said they did have it (not sure when) but they now no longer had it in stock. Very disappointing since they could have verified that they had it the previous day when they did their reminder call. I could have saved time and money not to mention took the day off just for an oil change. Then to top it all off. They didn't even check my cabin filter. On th

I have been buying Chevy trucks since 1976; my dealings with Bradley Chevrolet has to be the best dealer that I have purchased a vehicle from. It all started with the salesman who was great! I had a recall done in the service department that was taken care of fast, also there was some paint work on the hood. They got my truck in fast and took care of the painting. I have been very pleased with the dealer.

Ricky Bailey has been my service writer for the past 2 times here at the dealership. What an outstanding example employee and an asset to Chevrolet. He is very aware of his duties and provides a great service. CAR SERVICED If you need service, ask for Ricky, highly recommended.

Chad in service did a great job with communication and the service techs fixed the issue in a timely manner.
