We have a less than 1 year old Ford F- 250 Heavy Duty Diesel Truck that pulls our RV. We started hearing a loud rattling noise towards the back of the bed. We called on a Friday around 2:30-3:00 and the manager said bring it right in. We did expecting to count a lot of money what ever the rattle was. WOW!! The service manager jumped in the back and rode around with us and when we returned (if you can believe this)... The rattle is your brand new fifth-wheel on truck bed tightened something up and ta*da*!!! No more rattling or worries. The best part of our BRADLEY FORD experience was -? NO CHARGE!!!
