Brad's Auto Clinic

Came in for a pre purchase survey of a used vehicle. They got it done a day ahead of schedule and the price was quite reasonable. I've heard they're the best place in town for Ford trucks. By the way, I talked to several people including Steve and everyone was courteous and professional.

Terrible business people. Terrible place do not get scammed by them. They do say they do this that the other They dont listen to the customer they dont communicate. Bring in for just a diagnoais of vehicle a running vehicle at that and end up with having to tow my none running car away, becuase they want even more money to put back together. They wanna try to strong arm u into doing work their. What company does a diagnoais of a vehicle and then leaves it apart, none . More coming to this ordeal and a BBB call. Yup you guys know who I am. U also told me u should be charging me 8 hrs for the hassle and then when I was going ro pay my time yoy said well I should charge u at least 5 cuz we are worth it ,hmmmmm. I wrote this review on another online review platform, but not sure where it was posted or seen by others so posting it here as well. As a business owner myself, I value honest customer feedback and like to provide the same for others, so here it is: I'm a first time customer being new to the neighborhood and drive by Brad's almost everyday so called them about repairing my a/c which had developed a leak. Here's my take away: Very friendly and professional on the initial call for an estimate and appointment. I dropped my vehicle off the night before the appointed date and they called me the next afternoon to inform me the work was complete and my vehicle was ready, which was great. I picked it up the next morning when they opened at 8 a.m., the price for the repair was actually less than

Couldn’t tell you where to start with the issues at this place if you call and get “Steve” expect nothing but issues Brad himself seems to be a good guy but nothing but problems with Steve lied to me about multiple things on my vehicle also lied about what he said was fixed or working and completely only fixed things I didn’t even bring my truck in for and left broken what I brought it in for? Make it make sense be belittled me on the phone make me feel like a idiot at one time told me if I was a 22 year old man and didn’t know anything about vehicles I’d be disappointed in myself but why would I bring it there? If I knew what to do or what to fix?? Just very rude all around I will never be back I now have to go to another shop and spend more money on something they didn’t even bother to c

I was having new tires put on my truck at Sam's. They said one of my lug nuts was cross threaded and they couldn't remove it. I went to Brad's and asked what I could do. Steve told me what likely needed to be done, then checked with his crew. They were booked two weeks out. I'm leaving for Alaska next week and am driving my truck up and back. He was able to squeeze me in immediately and got it fixed in an hour. I can't thank those guys enough. We have had other work done at Brad's in the past. They will tell you exactly what needs fixing now and what to watch out for or think about fixing down the road. Their advice has always paid off. They look to do what's right. I highly recommend them!!
