I've had a wonderful experience with Mandi. She was great at communicating with me about any and everything to do with my policy. Very kind, funny, and professional. I've never had an insurance agent look out for me the way she has, especially when she knew I could not afford my new payment. She was always more like talking to a friend than an agent. Mandi would be the soul reason I would stay had my payment not gone up to an amount that I could not afford. She was always on top of my account, always called when she said she would, listened to me gripe and complain about money, or just life. Mandi is an exceptional agent. I feel state farm is lucky to have such an amazing employee. Thank you Mandi, for everything you ever helped me with! 😊
