Went for car inspection, was told failed to due "Front End" on both sides for front tires. Car was recently serviced for complete break job and multipoint inspection and no mention of Front End being an issue. Since "R" sticker applied, had to pay them $210 extra for have what turned out to be front outer tie rod replaced only on the driver side (not both as mentioned on original rejection), a component which looks to cost under $50 online. Would avoid for state inspection as its possible will be failed and essentially forced to pay for unnecessary services.

Great customer service, but when someone does work without your permission (even if small) then over charge by triple the amount you border line theft or fraud. The very thorough with what you want and don't want done.

If I can report to mass state inspection! Then I will do it, the boss sucks! He said not doing inspection today without any reason! I hope this shop shut down without serve people in our town! This is second time to me! People rude there not nice and not respectful to me! Under 1 star!
