Brake & Alignment Plus

Drove by the other day and it appears the shop has reopened, time off necessary, hope you're doing well, and no,still haven't tried an ounce of brake fluid☺. Actually primed today, it worked for now anyway.......This is a fantastic shop, honest, experience and character. Bill got my engine dialed in the best of its life.

Went in for an estimate on sway bar links for my Renegade and Bill took a look at everything and came up with a decent quote. I know it’s not overly important but I didn’t want to sound like a tank going down the road! Will be back in a month to get that fixed. Very reasonable and feels like a classic shop that will do the job right and honest which is what I was looking for.

Highly recommend this shop for your alignment needs! After Previously going to Les Schwab for an alignment they left the steering wheel crooked left and it would pull to the right when straightened, took it back hoping they’d fix only to be told that that’s the best they can do “it’s within spec” so $125 wasted, had the same experience with another Les Schwab so $250 total to the drain trying to get the alignment right. Looked up this shop on Google and seeing the 5 star reviews I called to schedule an appointment, got quoted $88 vs $125 at Les Schwab, they were booked for a couple days but it was worth the wait. I recently had an appointment at Brakes and Alignment Plus because my brakes were making a terrible, annoying squeaky sound. When I brought my car in, I spoke with Bill and casually mentioned that I believed I had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced a couple of years ago (at a different mechanic). He asked me to double-check the warranty, noting that the pads still had plenty of life left. Sure enough, I was still within the warranty - and Bill actually suggested I take the car back to the original mechanic to see if they could fix it. He genuinely wanted to save me money, even if it meant losing the business that day. I truly appreciate Bill’s honesty and integrity; that kind of service is hard to come by. I’ll definitely be back when my car needs more work. Thank you, Bill!

I needed an alignment after front end work. Les Schwab said I needed four wheel alignment at $135. I made an appointment with Bill (the owner and one of the nicest, patient people I have ever met), his price was $98..He took my truck right on time and I only needed a 2 wheel alignment, and he took the time to explain why. 88 compared to 135, little to say I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO LES SCHWAB!!!! He prides himself on honesty......and he's that and so much more!!!!!
