One of the best auto shop experiences I’ve had to date. Scott, the owner, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did his best to make sure it was done in a timeframe that worked for me. He went the extra mile to make sure the alignment was perfect and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the service. I couldn’t imagine a better experience! Thank you Scott!!

Smith’s auto repair has got to be the best place to have your car repaired in Carson City. Scott and his team Got my heater fixed and I had my car back by the end of the day. I can’t say enough about how great this auto repair shop is go there and see for yourself. No price gouging just a clean, honest, friendly shop. They fix it right the first time.

I've used Smith Automotive a few times now, and their customer service stands out far above any other repair facility I've experienced. Scott, the face of the operation, is incredibly courteous, professional, and personable. Best of all, he actually listens to you. Too many shops are quick to TELL YOU what you need and even quicker to tell you what they WON’T DO. Not here. The team over at Smith's Automotive are quick professional and know exactly what they're doing. I believe the cost of the repairs were Fair even though it is costly.. you can't negotiate with your doctor so why negotiate with the expert who is keeping you safe on the road? Scott from Smith's Automotive kept me informed of the maintenance and progress to the repairs of my vehicle periodically when possible. Really friendly and efficient- this is the first auto shop Ive visited since moving to carson and I would highly recommend. I got my brakes replaced, they were quick to schedule me and speedy on the day of service as well. Price felt really fair and they communicated every step along the way.
