Brake Check

Service advisor was great. Very courteous, also bilingual ( Spanish ) so nice. Job completed in a timely manner. Will definitely come back for more services. Also planning on bringing my wife's SUV too.

I went in for a oil change and tire rotaion. They put my car up in the bay, only to tell me they don't carry my vehicles oil. No problem. When I get my car back and head home, it starts making a knocking sound. I get home and pop open the hood. They forgot to put the oil cap back on and oil spewed and leaked all over the engine and hood. If I wouldn't of checked, my engine would of blown. Not to mention they claimed they did a tire rotation but they didn't because I had a low tire and when I checked it, the low tire was in same spot. They didn't even bother to inflate it. These guys are so unprofessional and wreckless. Imagine if they are that careless if it were a brakes work job. I do not recommed going here at all. If you do, good luck and I suggest you check everything before you leave

Good service by employees and honest. Unable to get my alignment because vehicle is too old (1987 Mitsubishi Montero) Vin number wasn't coming out in their computer to get the alignment.

Went for brakes and rotors, also spark plugs. Pretty satisfied!! Thank you Jonathan for all your help and understanding. Pretty bad squeaking if not breaks. Not anymore 😊

I can’t even beginning to describe how happy I was with my visit. Allen was amazing! He heard all my concerns and answered all my questions. Educated me on brake fluid flush and how often it’s needed. Made recommendations on alignment and future tire replacement deals that I can look towards to. He was very knowledgeable. Please give him a raise! He is very attentive and kind to his customers. If I hadn’t talked to him, I would have gone elsewhere. I loved y’all in and out service. I did wait but I did not mind at all. Got my brake fluid flush done, brake inspection, tire rotation, alignment, replaced wiper blades, and helped a single mom out with the filters! Not only did I leave happy but my suv did too 😅 Thank you soo much again!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏Thank you Break Check!
