Brake Check

These guys were great! They worked with me and did everything they could do to make my car drivable and safe until I could afford to come back to do more work and that Is what makes customer satisfaction. They Had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location!!

Prior to Leo becoming the manager at this location, it was great. Now, I would not even leave 1 star, but Google is making me. I will not return to this location, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. I do not trust him and his team, I was told my rotors were resurfaced and brake pads replaced, after three days I had my car serviced in San Antonio at Acura for something else and asked them to check Leo’s work because something wasn’t right. Acura sent me videos and pictures of both rear warped rotors. I called Leo and he said “that’s odd cause everything was new and I did the work myself.” I proceeded to try Brake Check again, this time going to a location in Boerne, Texas and was told yes, they are warped and will need to be replaced. I have a warranty on my brakes and rotors and

This was my 1st time ever to use Brake Check for anything. I used them for an oil change today & to be honest I was impressed with their service & how they kept me updated as they went along. 👍🏼👌🏼 They also have great prices for oil changes guys. Check them out.

Our Second Visit Here and just as good as the first. Appointment was for 5 arrived a little early and vehicle was started immediately. Our mechanic was thorough and very informative, I Appreciate that. We will definitely return and recommend.

If I could leave no stars I would. I am not one to leave negative reviews but the service I received is definitely worth this 0/5 start review. I took my car in for a full brake service and all rotors replaced. Spent a hefty amount of money. Only to leave the shop with a loose noise. When I notified them of this noise they shrugged it off and stated it had to be the suspension. I was unable to take it in the same day due to work. Leaving work the next day my car started ticking and completely stopped on the highway. I ended up needing a tow service to have it towed back to a brake check, and an uber to get to brake check the next morning! When the towing service and mechanic arrived they noticed my caliber was missing a whole bolt!!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING SERVICES DONE HERE. Take
