Went in for a simple oil change, which I got, but what I also got was a whole lot of judgement from the front counter person Anthony as well. I understand my vehicle needs additional work, but as a single mom of a newborn I don't have the finances to do the extra work. He made it seem/made me feel as if I didn't know literally anything. "Well have you thought about replacing that?" were his exact words and his facial expression was definitely not one of curiosity but more so of impatience. And yes, contrary to what he may have thought, I had indeed thought about replacing that part many times. I came to this location hoping I would have a better experience than the last location I went to but unfortunately that was not the case and I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I personally inspected my brakes when I was rotating my tires and saw that they were well worn at 65K miles on my wife's Subaru. These folks gave me a great price for all four brakes! Anthony has a great crew working there which is an excellent reflection on his management skills! I would highly recommend this place: their professionalism, the concern they have for client satisfaction and their attention to detail reflects on Anthony, his crew and the entire company.

I want to express my most sincere gratitude to the Manager, Carlos Carral and the Assistant Manager, Anthony Chavez for their kindness and help today. Coming in from the East Mountains when I got off the interstate at Juan Tabo I had no power steering and I was over heating and I had no idea what was going on. I made it to Brake Masters and they met me at my vehicle. Mind you it was almost 5:00 and I asked what time they closed and they said 5:30. Carlos was all smiles and identified the problem immediately. I had not only a broken belt but a seized up pulley. They had the belt in stock but Carlos in his personal vehicle drove to the parts store to pick up the pulley that I needed. All the while having such a generous, helpful and friendly attitude. 1 Star - Deceptive Practices and Unnecessary Repairs I'm writing this review to warn others about what appears to be a pattern of deceptive behavior at this location. Both a friend of mine and I have had nearly identical experiences that suggest intentional manipulation. A Friend's Experience: My friend brought car in for a routine oil change. The car was NOT leaking oil beforehand. After the service, the service advisor claimed car had a leaky oil pan gasket, and sure enough, the car was suddenly leaking oil. Suspicious of this convenient timing, my friend took the car to Advantage Automotive for a second opinion. Their mechanic discovered that a bolt was simply loose—that was the entire problem. The Manager Christopher was very professional and courteous. His assistant manager was informative and professional. The mechanic did a quick and efficient job. I'm happy with this management. I quit coming here because of the previous management. I recommend this business to everyone.
