Brake Masters #139

My kiddo had car trouble (engine overheat) and Greg was so awesome. He took his car right in and performed accurate diagnostics and then he took the time to talk me through some repair options, he did not upsell me or try to take advantage of the fact I live out of town. I was thoroughly impressed with his customer service and the speed and quality of the repairs made to my son’s 2020 Chevy Trax. We will be back, thanks Greg and team

I brought my truck in to get fixed for ignition coils and spark plugs. As I was trying to leave they said truck was good kept dying and could not drive out of the parking lot. They blamed something else wrong with the truck. Told them they might want to recheck spark plugs which they argued and refused to do. Had to complain for them to honor their warranty when I was there to the point of sueing them and telling their warranty is on the paper receipt. Then they went and rechecked spark plugs turned out it was their fault they cracked and over tightened a spark plug. After they put a new plug in truck was fine. Now I am having to replace again myself due to bad workmanship. I paid for name brand and they gave me generic parts. Do not go here.

I like this location. The guys are very good at what they do. They are honest people too which means alot. Thank you! Great job guys!

This place deserves nothing but 5 stars! 10 if i could. This place has always come through for me! Literally every time. Only place i believe has back with my car! Great service, Top notch employees and always tries to help the best they can! Love Y’all! Seriously yall, go here for your car needs! I swear you wont regret it!

Greg was fantastic - he clearly explained the issues that required attention, was exceptionally professional and kept me regularly informed as the repairs on my vehicle were being completed.
