This review is a little late, but well deserved! Back in March, David was an exceptional advisor. He took the time to speak with me over the phone and walk me through the most cost-effective options for repairing my Honda Fit, as well as what would be needed to prepare it for a future trade-in. I really appreciated how thoroughly he explained everything and made sure I understood my choices. The team did great work on my car, and I had zero issues afterward. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for fast, reliable service and honest guidance.

Quick, efficient and thorough. I needed an oil change and they didn't just tell me I need to change my air filter they showed me how bad it was. Very happy with them.

Johnny was extremely helpful in guiding me to the best options for my car and definitely helped save costs with insight on unnecessary repairs that were suggested at the dealership not needed yet at my mileage. Highly recommend!

Check oil light came on in my car, I needed it checked and added before oil change and stopped at different places but was told we are to busy, I stopped at Brake Masters to ask for help, they were really busy also but had me pull around to check the oil, it was so low it didn't show on the stick so they filled it up and I made an appt for oil change the next day, I felt they listened and didn't take advantage of a female like it has happened many times before, highly recommend them. The price was like $80 for oil and filters, great price.

The customer service at this moment in time is professional, fast and friendly. Made appointment yesterday Thursday. Friday, I met shop manager Jerry Baugh (26 year Brake Master veteran and previously managed Brake Master at 55 Ave & Bell. Jerry is retiring January 1 - CONGRATULATIONS!). Jerry is very courteous, friendly and customer service detail oriented. My complete brake service and transmission fluid check and change was competitively priced and quick. Very comfortable, clean and quiet waiting area with comfortable seating (not like other shops that have 'stiff backed interrogation chairs') for waiting, and clean restroom. Als
