Lori the manager and her employees are beyond excellent. Lori and her team have gone above and beyond to take care of me and my f-150 on several occasions. This has been my go to automotive shop since my first visit a few years ago and it will remain that way. Thank you for always being so generous, kind, and fair. I truly appreciate it. **** the work is always done professional and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs, wants, and repairs.

I’ve been to a couple brake masters for oil changes and brakes, but this one is definitely the best location. The manager Lori is really great and goes above and beyond for her customers. I’ve been to this specific location a few times now and I prefer to go here over anywhere else. They have competitive pricing and genuinely seem to care about your vehicle condition. I’ve had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube and other In-N-Out service places but brake Masters is different. If you want fast service and quality service come here.

It was an unexpected, wonderful experience upon meeting the facility manager Lori. I took a chance and entered the facility looking to ask a question about a squeaking sound whenever I would brake. Lori immediately walked towards me, extended her hand and introduced herself. By that gesture alone personalized the experience. She asked how she could help me which allowed me to began sharing what I was experiencing with my car. She posed additional questions and asked whether I had time for her team to take a look. I said yes and agreed. Lori returned to share what was discovered. However, she began by saying the problem was not yet a safety issue, which eased my nerves, but suspected it was an annoyance issue, which I responded by agreeing to that assessment. I had an issue with my brakes that had been done recently at a differently location so I was concerned. I had called in the morning and they were able to see me the same day. They were kind and respectful when they did the inspection. They went over my options, that were in my budget, and gave me solid plan for additional maintenance. I have been going to brake masters for over 10 years and have had multiple cars serviced, Lori and Shawn helped me out and my brakes and shocks are working great.
