Terrible shop. Would not recommend by any means. While I was waiting for my service multiple customers came in to complain. Took apart my car for general maintenance with wrong part even after I confirmed with desk because I was skeptical. Call after car is apart with price increase. After I payed I refused to sign there waiver, attempted to hold my keys. After discussing issue was promised refund. Than called to offer me a lesser refund. Never received that refund either. I’ve always had my family and friends get work here. Never again. In my opinion most staff are clueless about cars. Matt is the only staff member who seems to actually know his stuff. I want to give a huge thank you to this specific location and especially to the manager, Rene Sandoval, for truly going above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running. After recently taking my car to Brake Masters #175 and coming home with unexpected issues, Rene immediately took action. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism, and I’m incredibly grateful for the way he stepped in and made things right.

The team at the Casa Grande location are amazing. Not a rush job and they are so thorough and patient when explaining additional details. Highly recommend them.

Very rude and disrespectful staff. The supposed, regional manager, argued with me and debated what I had to say. He kept cutting me off verbally and projected an attitude that he didn't care what I had to convey. This is not a recommended company to have service your vehicle. Good luck! Add on, 01/08/2026. had Brake Masters check my car on Friday Sept 5 as brake and battery light came on and car lost power so was slow driving to them for diagnostic test. matt was very nice and checked everything out and gave me advice to use another place as they did not do electric diagnostic. He did not charge me for service provided since he could not repair it. I have used them before and always get 5 star rating. Thanks for checking every thing out. Good place to use for brakes.
