I had a great experience at Brake Masters. They handled my brake fluid, oil, and filter change quickly and professionally, and the pricing was very fair and honest with no surprises. Friendly, transparent service. My go to shop.

I came in expecting I would need brakes as they started squeaking intermittently. A couple months ago just when wet then more recently at the start of every drive. They inspected them and found they were only worn to about half life (6mm). They said they could do them now but it wasn't a safety concern or required then, when asked, they recommend coming back in at least 3-4 months for another look or if the squeaking becomes more constant. The sound is just annoying but not unbearable by any means. I was recommend this location by a neighbor and would also recommend them based on this interaction. Keep up the great customer service!

Brought a few vehicles here for oil changes and they got the job done. Also did a thorough look over of them and found a few small issues that I knew about. Very informative and up front, not pushy for repairs. Would take my vehicles here again.

Worked with Jeff today. He was amazingly helpful with our repairs and happily finished a project that was too big for our DIY skills. He wasn't pushy and was very informative and didn't belittle us for wanting to do some of our repair work ourselves.
