Overcharged on a extremely bad brake job $800 dollars for a brake pad change is ridiculous especially when they only exchanged the parts with O’reily so they didn’t have to pay part cost I’d advise changing the brakes yourself before going to this unprofessional place. The manager Fernando R was completely unprofessional while rage baiting me over the phone and threatening to call the cops on me while he was actively making misogynistic remarks about my mom saying the reason he didn’t give me my car parts originally to her when she went to service the vehicle because he said “shes an old lady she shouldn’t get her hands dirty” and made some weird remark like “Ya I know your mom really well”. I have no idea what that remark meant but it came off as gross and creepy to me completely horrib

Excellent and fast service! Very good customer service. Everything was explained to me, the work was done fast, and they communicated well about what was needed and when the car was ready for pickup

i had amazing customer service at this location. Francisco went out of his way to assist me with my insurance claim. He went above and beyond to communicate with the insurance and myself. I would definitely recommend this location. thank you Francisco for all your assistance!!!

Fernando, the manager, was fantastic. He explained everything and when I arrived he took me into the garage and showed me the work along with pulling the broken control arm out of the trash to show me what it actually looked like before they replaced it. It feels hard to trust when a garage says I need a bunch of work, but Fernando was very trustworthy and went above and beyond to make feel confident the work was necessary.

Needed a repair on a heat shield over my muffler. Fernando, the store manager explained the issue and gave me a very fair price for the labor. Caleb was my tech and did an awesome job to get me fixed up and back on the road.
