Brake Masters #245

I was referred to Brake Masters by a friend because my car didn't sound right and was leaking oil after service at another repair shop. I was immediately impressed by the clean and comfortable waiting room and large window to the repair area. Jesus the manager listened carefully to my concerns and when my car was lifted to see under it he showed me what the problems were. It was a mess! But the mechanics put everything right, no more leaks, the car sounds the way it should, and I can be confident taking it on a planned 1500 mile road trip next month. I feel that this Brake Masters deserves my trust.

I have been to Brake Masters many times before for oil changes and minor repairs. This time was a little different I had a check engine light on and they assured me they could handle it. They came up with a diagnosis and did the work. It turned out to be something much more serious. My motor had dropped a lifter and would need to be taken apart to see how serious it was going to be. As it turned out after pulling the head that it was indeed a bad lifter. The mechanic who had now taken over was a very detailed person taking pictures as he was working showing everything that's being done. I just bought a truck from a company who has some very poor business practices and when I realized I had some problems these guys were incredible. They got me in pretty quick and figured out very fast what needed to be done. They fixed it and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. Great work! I'd go here again.

First time visiting this location and brake Masters for an oil change. I was not very happy to find out that I had an oil leak a few days after the service was performed. I had a suspicion that the technician did not tighten the oil drain plug correctly, and that was in fact the cause of my oil leak after returning to the location to inspect the cause of the issue. That type of service is completely unacceptable considering the failure of the tech to do their job correctly could have destroyed my engine if I didn’t notice the leak and especially when that should be the first thing they should check after performing that type service. My first time going to Brakes Master and i feel welcome, all people there are so nice and friendly. I am 100% satisfied the job they did to my car. I can recommend this place. Good Job guys!
