Great customer service. These people know what they’re doing and they are very knowledgeable. I came in close to closing and they still were able to get me aligned with my Jeep from hell. They gave me recommendations as well as let me back into the work area to visually see some issues and concerns they had would recommend for sure.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with store manager Tara Payne and technician Anthony. After a long and tough day of mounting and dismounting tires, I wanted to get my truck’s alignment done so I wouldn’t damage the new tires. I walked into this beautiful new shop and was immediately greeted by Tara, who was super friendly and helpful. I asked her if she could do last minute alignment since I’m waiting on discount tires to finish so I can bring the truck to her I also asked if she price match with there competitor Brakes Plus they always have deals and coupon and her respond was most definitely also. She said, “Bring it over no worries, we’ve got you covered!” No problem! The discount tires finished after 5:20 pm, and the shop was about to close. But Tara didn’t hesitate to tell me

Tara and her crew are the best! I met them when I first came from Seattle in 2023! Her attitude,,her knowledge I knew that I had found my service people Her husband Dan who is also is a manager of several Brake masters have become some of my fav people ! The young man Anthony P, who did the work on my range Rover was very nice...knew what he was doing and kept me informed all the way!I will not take my car anywhere else for regular work! THE BEST!

They did a coolant flush on my truck because they recommended it and after next day started leaking coolant. They never fixed the problem and also damaged my thermostat. When I asked the supervisor he said that they don’t remove the thermostat when you’re supposed to take the thermostat out to do it when you do the coolant flush. Never coming back again and please don’t follow the recommendations of the guys they don’t know how to do a proper work

I had an oil change done there and it was quick and easy to deal with the team there. They did upsell me on the full synthetic sign that was posted but maybe my vehicle will continue to run great. I will go there again.
