Brake Masters

I set out for Valvoline this morning but I couldn't find it. I pulled in to brake masters. I needed an oil change ended up getting my brake fluid change and a new belt with my oil change. The service didn't take to long. As long as my car keeps going I'm happy with the service.

Great experience taking my car in to Brake Masters. I forget who was at the front counter, but it was such a refreshing experience. He took the time to answer my questions and talk about the details with me. And they were so honest and helpful. Will be going back next time I need service.

Beyond satisfied with Brake Masters. Great experience overall. I had them work on front and rear brakes and Felt safe driving away. The manager Trevor got my truck in the bay quickly and did a great job of making sure I was taken care of. I have used Brake masters before and they actually honored the warranty on their parts. I would definitely recommend them and will be back when I need maintenance in the future.

I went to another brake shop in Ventura and suspected I was being ripped off. Keith at the front desk was very helpful and confirmed I had been charged for parts and labor on something that didn't need replacing. Thanks to his and a few other mechanics input I was able to get the shop to refund my money. Keith went out of his way to help me and I really appreciate it. He was very honest with me and I will only use Brake Masters for brake problems in Ventura in the future...
